Russ Westfall has been a professional cutting horse trainer now for over 20 years. He was inducted in the NCHA Riders Hall of Fame. He is also a NCHA Judge. His accomplishments are abundant! To top it off Russ and Janet are some of the kindest people you will ever meet.

Boyd Rice wins 2009 NCHA Summer Spectacular Derby

Platinum client Boyd Rice takes NCHA Super Spectacular win on Third Cutting. Boyd marked a 228.5 for a half-point win over Dont Look Twice, ridden by Phil Rapp in the Open Division of the NCHA Derby. Third Cutting is a son of Boonlight Dancer owned by Carl and Shawnea Smith of Jacksboro, Texas. We want to Congratulate Boyd and Third Cutting on their spectacular win!

Melba Poskey and “Pepto’s A Remedy”

My horses name is Pepto’s A Remedy, 8 yr. old Red Roan Stallion. Pepto is currently showing in cutting competition. He showed a couple of times and was not haveing good runs. He got real sick, came so close to loosing him, it was unreal. We did not know what was going on with him, but the vets and Pepto won the battle. He was also having some stifle issues recently. I started him on Platinum Performance CJ, and he has never looked better than he does right now. He is so sound right now, I can’t beleive it. He has been through so much, and to finally see him healthy makes me sooo very happy. I have also started two more of my horses on Platinum. Thank you for a great great product.
