Minka

My horse Minka is a 26 year old Arabian mare. She has been on Platinum Performance for a couple of years and has blossomed. She loves to go out on trail and be with her buddy, Dixie, at home. She is a loving, kind, gentle mare and has the kindest eyes and the biggest heart. The Platinum Performance allows her to enjoy the years she has and feel good and move well. When she is out on trail, nobody believes she is 26 because she looks and acts younger than her years. I hope to still have Minka for a very, very long time.

Brock and Jack

This is a picture of my grandson on his horse Jack on April 4, 2009. Jack was his Dad’s rope horse that we bought 13 years ago for his Dad to highschool rodeo on. When my son took him to college he came up sore everytime he was roped on, so we retired him and gave him to a Therapeutic Riding group. They kept him for 5 years until they called me Jan ’09 and said they could no longer feed him and gave him back to me. He was so thin he barely had the strength to walk and would almost fall over when he tried. We immediately put him on Platinum Performance Equine and you should see him now. He is fat, healthy and his coat looks like satin. He still has some hoof issues, but we are getting that under control. He feels good now… he even runs and bucks in the pasture. He is only 20 years old but now he looks and acts like a much younger horse. We now have all our rope horses on Platinum Performance Equine and they all are doing wonderful. Thanks for such a great product.

Tempest in Michigan

My horse is a nine year old Spotted Draft gelding named “Tempest.” He is “practically perfect in every way,” according to my daughters. Tempest is currently showing First Level in dressage, he is occasionally used as a vaulting horse and also sometimes as a schooling horse. He loves to trail ride and I am hoping to someday ride him across Michigan. He was selected as one of the “Beautiful Horses of Michigan” by artist Karen Brenner, who came to photograph him and then paint a beautiful portrait of him. He has a wonderful temperment, willing and fun. He has been to two freestyle clinics taught by Karen Robinson (who choreographs for Olympic riders), and he also has been in several quadrilles, which were done to music. The Beatles were his favorite!! This year we are doing the Beach Boys. We love him very much!

“Sonny’s Bonnie Lad”

Sonny's Bonnie Lad

My horse is a 21 year old Quarter Horse gelding named “Sonny’s Bonnie Lad” ~ better known as “Lad.” I’ve had him since he was 10 months old, and he is my big baby! We had done some showing in Western Pleasure and Hunter Under Saddle on the AQHA circuit, but now we mainly just have fun trail riding. He started showing symptoms of COPD at about 9-10 years of age and had some pretty severe episodes before I was able to get it under control. I had him on steroids and Ventipulmin with temporary success, but it didn’t help him long term. He would keep having flare-ups of respiratory distress. I did some research on-line and actually called Platinum Performance for advice. All the staff was very helpful and took my questions to the vets there, then called me back with the response. He has been on Platinum Performance equine for about 10 years now. With Platinum Performance and careful management which includes soaking his hay, keeping him fit and keeping him under a fan on the high heat and high ozone days, he is doing great. No flare-ups in at least 4 years. Whenever the vets come out to do his annual vaccines, they tell me he sounds great and looks great. Thanks for a wonderful product and a wonderful staff!

Julie Bradford and Bogart

Bogart is an 8 year old Tennessee Walking Horse gelding. I have owned him for 3 years. He’s my best friend and has taught me a lot, since, being my first horse, he is very patient and understanding. We mainly trail ride. Enjoying the scenery while gaiting down the trail is a hobby for both of us, although I think he’d rather be grazing in a pasture somewhere. :) He and I have many more miles to go and put under our belts because of Platinum Performance Equine and Joint supplement. We both thank you daily.

Maggie Rikard and Taps

Taps is now 18 and I have had him since he was 7. He has won at every career he has been asked to do: racing, eventing, show jumping and now dressage. A very special horse with a huge heart. Allowed me to achieve my goal of getting to Pr. level at eventing and we did it successfully. He owes me nothing!

Terry Bloomfield and Breeze

Breeze, a 14 year old registered Paint, is the perfect trail horse for me. He is strong, willing, and calm. We have explored mountain trails, forest paths, and prairie pastures. When he started showing signs of soreness, I couldn’t imagine riding another horse. An equine veterinarian recommended Platinum Performance, so we began the supplement, and Breeze has regained his youthful vigor. He may not be a fancy show horse, but he is a grand champion in my eyes.

Lauren and Roany

Roany is 16 years old and I have had him for 7 years. He is a Matts King O’Doc quarter horse. I use him for youth and HS rodeos at which I run poles, team rope, and tie goats, as well as using him for my back up barrel horse. He is very tough and has an ornery personality. Sometimes he is too smart for his own good, which makes him fun to be around. Lots of personality and very athletic. He is a great horse. We have been feeding him Platinum Performance for over a year and see great results (we use it on several of our 9 quarter horses).

Kady

Hi, I’m Kady. I want to tell you about my Human. She came and got me when I was only 3 years old. My Mama didn’t get any hay when she was making me so I came out into the world different. I have a sway back and never got very big. My Human didn’t care and loved me anyway. When I was 14 I got REALLY sick and my Human took me to the Hospital (more…)

Gunsight

My girl has been with me since she was 4. She’s now 25 and although I’ve had to ‘make’ her slow down, I still ride her for hours in the desert and hills. Painin (nickname for Pain in the butt) is my angel and has been my true constant in life. Sitting on her is my true home… She’s been on Platinum for many years now & is happy & healthy! Thank you for your great products!

Buns

I actually have 3 horses that I started on Platinum at the beginning of this year. They were all turned out on pasture and I decided not to blanket them this past winter. Usually they are in stalls all the time, shavings, blankets, the whole deal. Anyways, by early spring they were slick and shiny, even before any of my friends horses, who had been blanketed all winter. I received so many compliments, I believe in Platinum and recommend it to anyone with horses.
